  • Unless a specific size is provided on your purchase order, Custom Green Promos will determine the size for your imprint. If no imprint area is provided, Custom Green Promos will decorate in the area most suitable for the artwork, product, and imprint method requested.

  • Purchase order number must be placed in the subject line of both the order and artwork email.
  • Artwork is accepted in the following formats: eps, ai, pdf. Any other formats will result in a processing delays.
