What is your typical lead time?
Our lead time is 6-9 weeks from the approval of the printed sample. The lead time can be affected by the design complexity, the product being ordered, and whether the order is being customized domestically or overseas. We pride ourselves on ensuring every order is correct and your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed.

What file format is required for silk-screening?
We prefer vector based (line art) in editable forms of eps/ai/pdf.
What options are available for shipping?
Standard ground shipment of 3-5 business day (does not include production lead times).
Domestic rush delivery is available, but subject to quotation.
International overnight shipping is available; varies from destination countries.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes we do. As the volume purchased increases, the price per item will decrease accordingly. The quantity breakdown begins at 100 and then the prices reduce accordingly. Please email us at sales@customgreenpromos.com and we will contact you with further information.
Do you offer wholesale blank bags with no printing?
Absolutely!!! If all your company needs is a blank bag with no logo or color specifications, we will be happy to accommodate your request. Please email sales@customgreenpromos.com on how to start an account.
What colors do you offer for fabrics and silk-screening?
We offer over 30 colors of fabric available. But domestic availability may vary.
4-color process available (minimum quantities vary, please contact sales@customgreenpromos.com).
What forms of payment do you accept?
Check, money order and all major credit cards are accepted.
What are your minimum quantities?
We carry a 100minimum for standard delivery.
Can I get a sample?

Can we use our own shipping account?
Yes, we use FedEx and UPS.

Do your bags have bottom inserts that I see in bags at the store?
Wide gusseted have the optional PE/PP insert. Cost may vary.
Is the full surface area of the bag printable?
Most of the area of the bag is printable. Price is subject to submission, complexity and amount of ink used.
Can I get a custom color fabric?
Yes, but a minimum quantity applies.
Is one bag style better than another?
This depends on what the intended use of the bag will be. Please contact sales@customgreenpromos.com and customer service representative will guide you to the most beneficial bag.
What are the bags made of?
Answer: Our bags are made of non-woven polypropylene. This is a 100% recyclable product, but is not made from recycled content. We use a 90 gram fabric weight.
Are the bags made from recycled material?
Answer: Our bags are made from virgin polypropylene material. It is a 100% recyclable product, but is not made from recycled material. Many companies claim they sell a recycled non -woven polypropylene bag, but many investigations we have done reveal those claims as false. Non-woven polypropylene is a very difficult material to produce with recycled content.
What is the gram weight of your bags?
Answer: We use a 90 gram fabric weight standard for all our custom logo small quantity bags
Can I put my logo or personal message on the bag?
Answer: Yes.
Can I choose my own color bag?
Answer: You can choose your own color bag from the options available pertaining to each style.
Can I choose my own size of bag?
You will have a variety of options regarding size and style of bags.
What is the weight capacity of the bags?
I do not want a custom logo bag. What are my alternatives?
We sell many different styles of “Going Green” and blank bags of all different colors.
I only want a blank bag with no logo on it. Can I get this?
Answer: Yes.
Do you offer a wine bag or cooler bag?
Answer: We do offer a wine bag and cooler bag in custom quantities of 100+
What is the minimum order I must place to get a bag with a custom logo?
Answer: 100 bags
Does your bag come with that piece on the bottom that makes it sit flat?
Answer: Yes, every bag we sell comes with a base stiffener standard
Are your bags made in the U.S.A.?
We manufacture our bags domestically and overseas.
How long does it take to produce a Custom Logo Large Quantity Order?
Answer: It usually take 8-12 weeks from signed contract till your delivery.
How long does it take to produce my small quantity custom logo bag?
Answer: 7-10 days (or less), and usually no more than 5 days delivery. We can accommodate rush orders upon request.
Why does it take longer for me to receive custom logo bags of 3,000+?
Answer: Custom logo bags under 3,000 in quantity are screened in the United States, that is why they can be completed so quickly. Custom logo bags of 3,000+ are produced and screened overseas. This is why the time to complete takes 8-12 weeks.
What Logo Quality is Required?
Answer: We ask that you supply us with the highest quality logo you have. If you need help with your logo or need a logo created we offer an in house graphic designer that can assist you. We do charge a fee for this service, but it is far less than if you hired a graphic designer
How Do I Know If My Logo Will Work On The Bag?
Answer: The best way is to send us your logo. Please note: We are printing on a rough uneven surface. Therefore extremely detailed logos that include shading are very difficult to reproduce on the bag. We strongly suggest simplifying your logo.
Will you be able to help me if I need some work done to my logo on the bag?
Answer: Yes. We offer in-house art modifications and we can even recreate a logo for you. We do charge a fee for this service, but it is far less than if you hired a graphic designer
What format will you accept my logo in for custom logo bags?
Answer: We prefer the highest quality logo possible. PDF is good. We also accept EPS, or AI. Some JPEG’s are acceptable.
How long will these bags last?
Answer: Depending on the amount of usage it varied from 18 months to 36 months. Most people are able to use the bags for 2 years +
How do you ship these bags?
Answer: When you order non-custom “Going Green” or blank bags from our online store we ship via FedEx ground or FedEx Express. If you order a custom logo bag under 3,000 in quantity they are shipped the same way. Custom logo bags of 3,000 or higher are shipped via an independent LCL freight hauler.
